The Bulldogs’ new amenities were designed with equity at the forefront and not as an afterthought, but as a fundamental principle. We reimagined the traditional change room layout to ensure female players have facilities that are equal in size, quality and amenity to their male counterparts. This included dedicated, secure change areas, private showers and bathrooms, appropriate storage, and spaces that support team connection, recovery and preparation. The design acknowledges the growth of women’s sport and delivers a functional, respectful and high-performance environment that reflects the value and professionalism of female athletes.
